They are not for loafers but more for sneakers or slip ons. They are soft and comfortable and stay in place very well! Comfy and it doesn't slip I was concerned based on reviews that these would be too thin, but, I think that they are a good thickness. I love these socks! They don't slip off my feet and hide well in my toms shoes. I just wish the material was a little bit thicker. Consider buying a larger size. Purchased white set of 3 first and I have finally found what I have been looking for. These are 100% no show and they stay on and in place all day. Wonderful fit! They fit as expected Fit as expected but a tad uncomfortable. I would not buy it again.
