The gears and roller in this brand do not work very well.The tape roll came loose, and was more work trying to fix and roll down 1 inch of adhesive then it was worth. Best runner tape! The actual adhesive is decent but when the tape gets pulled out, and it will cause it gets stuck to stuff, it's impossible to wind tight again. This makes it useless. Ok tape. One of the two was not wound correctly and find work at all. The second was great. Easy to use and stuck well. My son love it for his school projects. Easy to glue pics and papers. No more mess around. Clean and nice homework. Perfect for what I need one worked just like it was supposed to... the other would not run out the case correctly so I had to take it apart and cut off what I needed every time... first one broke on first use and I can't get the container apart to try to get it back on the roller...ugg The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I haven't used these yet, but they look like others I have and I expect no problems.
