Top cap that seals the pod sometimes does not snap into place! Lids don't snap closed, you need to keep them upright when putting into coffee machine or else it spills. Other than that they work well. The pods work OK but the little plastic tips at the top that guide water into the coffee fall out if you aren't careful when cleaning them. The cups look like my others but the lid wont stay closed. Also they are smaller to allow for the cup piercer on the coffee maker. I would not recommend these to anyone. These refillables are excellent Love THEM needs finer screens to filter the coffee better I had high hopes for these pods and they work alright. Some of our coffee grounds tend to leak out.
