- FREE Shipping . First, I want to address a concern I had over this laptop's price listing. The current 'sale' for this product is simply a permanent price reduction for this laptop line because... The display stopped working after the first time that the battery drained down to empty.. I called the manufacturer and they want me to do a software reset or send the computer... Pro: fast, sleek, sizable SSD works great CON: I can't get over this fuzzy screen. I've had laptops 7 years older and monitors display clearer picture and text. Great laptop. This is my third one and they are outstanding performing computers. Excellent computer! Received the computer and will be returning it no later than tomorrow. The fan on this thing is absurd. Not so much super loud, but rather just plain annoying. I bought this product almost a week ago and was wondering why the performance was lacking. Turns out instead of the gtx 960m grapics card that it obviuosly is supposed to come... Screws loose on the inside (never opened, the screws fell out of the USB ports), malfunctioning audio after a week of use. Great design of a notebook! The only issue I've had is that the USB ports are tight in 2 ways... Snug when connecting and a little too close on the user's left. There is an issue with the fan on this laptop. The fan keeps coming on and off even when not doing anything. If I cannot get this resolved with ASUS helpdesk, this is going back
