Worked for like 2 days, now only 1 port works at a time. So it is useless since I want to plug multiple things in at once. Very disappointed Product doesn't work. Computer will only momentarily recognize the device, then it gets removed from the menu. One of the ports doesn't function at all. Really had better expectations. As soon as you open the box, you know you've made the right purchase. The build quality on this is nothing short of amazing. It has a very nice heavy feel to it. Good product no problems. Was concerned about cord length but it worked fine. My new computer only has two USB ports and they are located on the back of the computer not really... I won't tell you to absolutely not buy this hub, but I will tell you why I did and why I don't like this product right out of the box. Wonderful tool! Love that it has velcro at the bottom to help keep it planted firmly near my parent's computer. It truly helps them to have more USB slots that they were lacking. Sturdy works as expected.
