I have been very pleased with this griddle. We use it at least three times a week for several recipes. Grease catch could have been a little bigger, but other than that, great product. I am enjoying my griddle. It's TRULY nonstick. Great griddle. I had one for years and used it to cook pancakes for my Niece and Nephews on the weekends until it smoked the cord in a beautiful yet scary light show.
