I use these for Olive oil and toasted sesame oil. They took a minute to figure out how to get the damn pull into the top, but once I did I love them. You squeeze the buttons on each side to push oil into the measure, but have to keep your fingers on the holes the buttons have in order to keep oil... no replacement parts avilable for broken rubber press ins These dispenser are fabulous. I use them for oil and like the ease of holding and pouring, plus being able to control in advance the amount, if needed. They clean up well. We love these oil dispenser sets. First we bought one for our daughter. After she used it for a month and was quite happy with it, we bought this set of two.
