The glass on the teapot is a nice quality and keeps the water hot for a long time! Best teapot ever. It works with a hot water dispenser or on the stove. I can mix my favorite loose leaf teas to brew the perfect cup each time. It is an attractive looking pot, but once you remove the infuser, you cannot put the cover back on the pot because the opening is too wide. Aesthetically pleasing. Could use a glass or plastic lid for reheating in a microwave. I drink tea daily, and have also given this particular tea pot to many of my family members as gifts! This is the perfect tea pot, and easy to clean. Pot handles stays cool while boiling, and it makes great tea! Recommended! Excellent!
