Cheap plastic, cover doesn't fit very well. This product is junk. They don't fit together right and wont travel. Item would not close. Felt flimsy and was way to small. Don't waste your time ordering. Cheaply made. Snaps broke off immediately. Wasted money. Cheap product. Eggs impossible to get out without fork. Latches broke with first use. Waste of money. So cheaply made the covers don't fit, won't close. Save your money! Do not recommend! Flimsy and hard to fasten closed with the eggs inside. Just what I needed! Great product, work just as described.
