- This does absolutely nothing for my knee. Fit is actually okay and was excited to try this but I found it useless. At first this product was very effective. Over time, it starts to wear down and no longer holds in place. Other than that, I'd recommend it Looks good. But it's only been on my left for about 3 minutes, and it's already starting to roll down. I'm even in the proper size. I'm gonna try to find another one. Oh well. Poor quality. Worn once and the marking on the sides started falling off. These sleeves are great for knees that aren't necessarily injured but sore and overworked. As a nurse and runner, I've noticed my knees becoming more and more sore.. awesome it's fake one. not real copper. the paints peel off after a while too. Doesn't work al all, is too thin and doesn give any supoort for my knee. Not as much support that I thought I would get for the money. Band around top hurts my leg. I've purchased better for less at local drug store. Works better than store bought one. Longer so it doesn't cut into muscle. Only had it about a month, but would definitely recommend.
