Works great initially had an issue of my own doing and e-mail sellers they were great in resolving the issue and now it works great so yes great item and better support. Love this for Nursing School! Got this for a friend/co-worker. He had really no complaints. I'll probably end up getting one myself. Works will. Picks up nice audio. Mic is just ok unless totally exposed. Technically works fine just mic issues. Might work well for voive memos. Labels files well w time n date.
