This was a nice carrier, I liked it; except, even though I was careful about the measurements, it was still too small for my particular cat. My finicky cats even like these. Comfortable, protective, sturdy, with all necessary amenities. Love that they unzip and are relatively flat for storage. Was to small for my 10# dog, but it was a big hassle to return it,and u.p.s. Was going to charge me more to return it,then I played for it. found the other D ring, it was hiding under flap...... Worked like a charm! My 6 pound cat rested peacefully for a very long car ride as we were moving across the country.
