I went with the height to ball size ratio thing someone posted and I wish I didn't but it is what it is. Seems like a good quality ball. I like the fact that it has a mat finish rather than a glossy one. It seems to grip better. This one came with a hand pump. This ball is actually a little bit soft than my regular Yoga Ball. I'm not sure it's my weight or this is right. I love this thing! First one of its kind for me, but I like the quality and the packaging. My instructions said it comes with 2 ball plugs, but mine came with 3 ????! Great: Delivered on time, excellent shipping package and quality ball. Would like if it came better tool to understand if inflated correctly ( line measure tape). I'll have to wait to review the actual ball because I can't get it inflated...the pump barely goes in the hole and comes out every other pump, it's ridiculous and now my hand is... It seems to be every bit as good as the one that I paid almost twice as much for. I want to second one to have one of the office. They are a good idea.
