I use them to supplement ClearArmor hearing protection earmuffs for noise reduction. My preferred earplugs. I've been using them for years after having tried several different brands. 500 rounds later 9mm/40sw and my ears ain't ringing These block a lot of noise. I had previously bought smaller packs and this is a much better deal. I also found these earplugs were slightly smaller than the normal ones you get... Very comfortable and work well for most noisy situations. The FAA moved a major takeoff flightpath over our neighborhood and these have helped me day and night. They fit comfortably in my rather small ear canals, but I still wish they could have blocked a bit more sound. I have been using these ear plugs at night every night for the past ten years, at least.
