You cannot have a skin or thumbstick grip on them and have it sit in the charging dock. Seems to be doing the job, my only gripe is that the USB input from dock to PS4 is barely too short to plug in when facing back of console, so have to plug in front. Loud, but what did you expect it's a flipping fan under there. Granted they do make silent fans out there. But this isn't one of them. Good stuff. Fits perfect on my ps4 pro console.
