We put 4 of them in an island cook hood in the kitchen and it's lit up like a surgical table. No problem with any dark areas or uneven light now. They work very well and do a fine job in both the track lights I have installed in our kitchen.. Great bright LED replacement. Replaced the standard 50w bulbs with these dropping power consumption from 250w to 17.5w. Super bright and cool to the touch. Great price! Fit correctly, bright enough for my kitchen. Time will tell if they last longer than the halogen bulbs I replaced. I think they will be much better. It's impossible to regulate their light
