These are LED candles that work with batteries. You can put them on a timer that will turn on at the same time everyday and turn off after 5 hours. I purchased 12+ of these and really like the look and feel, however the batteries that came with the product last about 5 days or less with the candles set to timer. The color texture and brightness are amazing. they even smell like real candles I would order them again. i plan on using then at the table by the weeding cake in 2 weeks I purchased 2 sets of these for my yoga studio to use instead of a flame candle. I love that there's a timer setting which turns the candles off automatically. These are great for the price and I've gotten many compliments on them. If they came in a larger diameter candle variety I would buy those as well. They are beautiful, can't wait to set them up. Love that they are safe to use, will get lots of use out of them. I am very pleased with the candles. They arrived in a timely fashion and seem to be of good quality. I would recommend to a friend. This was a gift to my daughter-in-law for her Birthday. Says that she loves them and the way they give a soft ambiance glow to a room. I choose this rating because I am so pleased with the quality of their product. I was amazed how close to real candles these were - I mean they feel real!! I love these candles. I will enjoy them next xmas.
