I mostly use the 2 strongest bands which is the heavy x-heavy. Not what I expected RIP, Chris Cornell. I had these bands for about two weeks and although the color code is great and the travel bag is convenient the bands are not very sturdy. Very satisfied with my purchase. Bands are strong and work great. I would definitely recommend these to friends and persons wanting to add some resistence to their workouts. Items came as described. Have used them twice for stretching and workouts. Feel the band descriptions are accurate and will hold up. So far I am happy with these bands. Not sure who uses the yellow and green as I feel they are kind of useless but maybe there is someone who can benefit from them. Arrived on time, appreciate the bag that the bands come in, the bands themselves feel durable, but a little thinner that I expected. I really like my bands, I bought them because I am moving soon and wanted to have something small I can take with me and get small work outs in on the road and at my new home...
