Took 2 calls to get it set up because the 1st person in customer service said it was done but it wasn't. Was told it could take 45 minutes to provision the unit. This is a great deal, provides great speeds, and allows you to save the $10 monthly fee when renting a Comcast modem. Pays for itself in a short amount of time. love the price This is actually a rebranded Cisco DPC3008. I took a gamble despite multiple negative reviews on multiple sites because of the $19.99 price. Drops connection frequently. Works well.
