Perfect ! Perfect Smoked Meats. I have now used this smoker 6 times and I am happy. I have loaded it up to almost bursting and this baby keeps a chugging. Easy to use imparts great smoke flavor. Be warned it is not compatible with the Masterbuilt stand 20101113. The electrical box on the bottom is going the wrong way. I bought this model from a local, big-box home improvement store, but wanted to share the thoughts over here.
