It's not too sweat absorbing which is not quite ideal for harder workouts but it still doesn't budge and stays in place... Product is great! Aesthetically looks good and has a nice, light feel to it. Would recommend. This product it crap. It's is so thin it couldn't hold my hair. The quality is also the worst I have ever seen. Came loose didn't fit right don't know if I got a defected one but the wrapper was thrown out by accident so no point in returning it. Don't really recommend it. I'm a girl and I use this as my sweat band. Doesn't squish my head and collects all my yucky sweat. As a sweaty guy who sweats even more when he works out, I've always had problems with sweat getting in my face/eyes and constantly having to wipe it away. cheap feel to it not worth it, just run a spartan race and get a free one.
