I had a little difficulty taking the back off a watch I have. It seemed like the pins were slipping and not gripping the notches. This is how the wrench came. How am I suppose to use this if the notches aren't aligned?! I can't even turn the misaligned notch. It even came with scratches on the unit itself. perfect for what i needed sometimes works, hard to get some watches to fit
