They hold a lot of paint that allow you to paint your pictures without always loading paint on the brush. Love these brushes! For my purposes, these were fine. Easy to clean and worked well. Liked the variety of sizes and shorter handles. This is a Great selection of brushes. I use them for all of my projects. Great set of brushes. A brush for just about every application. Versatile, easy to clean and durable. "Quality product, have only used a couple brushes so far and nice to work with. Came on time and as described. Nice packaging." Yet to use but if they display the same quality as the long handled brushes.. I will most certainly be happy. I don't need long handles for the painting I do.
