I've had them for some time now. No problems at all with them. Terrible range...always cuts out. People on the other line think I'm on a cell phone with bad reception. No static. Clear sound. I heard static and echo while using it Very happy with the phone. Works very well. Great for home office. Phone looks and works great. No complaints. Very easy set up and I hate dealing with technology. Elderly parent likes big number buttons and screen text is larger than on previous phones. I'm having a lot of trouble with these phones, breaking up, crackling..often just can't hear on them. Very disappointed.
