There's nothing wrong with the bulbs. They simply don't look like the picture shows. They're much closer to the standard bulb shape. That's fine. We have had 2 bulbs burn out in the first month. To expensive for that to happen already. When I contacted seller they were prompt to refund for the two burned out bulbs. Product works as advertised. Very cool LED bulbs
