You can really feel the difference. This product is built well and strong. We had purchased another brand garlic press, but this is my go-to choice when... Im not satisfied wirh this product...The white plastic piece that scoops the garlic out came cracked on one side. Well designed and made! Very happy with my purchase! If you have not tried a press like this you are missing out! It's way better than a traditional press. The scoop option is perfect we use this all the time. Can press a lot of garlic, but you need to trust it, once you understand how it works. Well made, cleans easily, and has decent leverage. This is, BY FAR, THE BEST garlic press I have ever owned!! Nice design - you actually get all of the garlic out of the clove and so easy to clean! How did I live without this for so long? It completely shreds the garlic cloves into little filaments. The plastic lever then scoops them out of the press easily. Have only used once but it was fantastic to use. Very strong and heavy (but not overly) which indicates good construction. Easy to use clean. Best garlic press I have ever had. This garlic press is the nicest garlic press I have held. The weight alone makes it worth it. It doesn't feel like it's going to snap in my grip when crushing garlic. I have used this press several times a week for nearly a year. It's durable. I've had no problems at all with it. Makes it easy to get smashed garlic. Cleans easily too.
