Keeps all my electronics protected. Can't go wrong with APC. It allows you to track how much plugged in items are costing per day. I get about 20 mins of backup with my PC and router connected. Not too bad. After a year of use, this thing is more trouble than it's worth. Twice now I've had what I imagine is a power surge (lights flickered but nothing shut off, even for a second) and... APC battery backups have always been an essential peripherals for my network and end user pc's. You can always depend on them in an outage or power glitch. Just ordered and received this several weeks ago. The main reason was to plug in a gateway that not only supplies internet service but also a ported telephone service which when... does what it was designed to do good price Great UPS, charged it 24 hrs, then unplugged it to test it out. Battery lasted little over an hour before it began beeping for low power with just my modem and router. Great little backup.
