Delicate for a blender- frozen berries made it overheat. This little unit does it all, I am so happy with this blender. I haven't even pulled my old blender out one time since I got this, I use it to grind coffee, nuts/seeds, make... Use this almost everyday. Grinds up my kale with ease. Works well for small portions of smoothies/ purees. Use daily and works well for the most part. Is VERY loud though and doesn't blend frozen things like ice or fruit completely like I would like, but it's livable.
