I wish the price was lower. Not happy about having to replace my previous machine of only three years. At 59 now, have used/tried MANY different carpet cleaners - all really not up to the job. This Bissell Big Green Machine is the BEST. It cleans much better than the Hoover Power Scrub that I have before. Easy to use and don't have to add water and remove dirty water often. I recently rented one of these units from Lowe's, as I had heard a friend of mine say how much she loved it and it had worked better for her than Rug Doctor. as close to having a pro clean your carpets as you can get I'm pretty shocked at how well this worked. I have a cat and 2 dogs. The cat usually hangs out upstairs, which is carpeted. Very good product and very good price! Love it easy to handle over all I'm very happy! This thing is so worth every penny!! I used to love this machine, until it stopped working on me. I did have it for many years, but it did break down. After a while I began to use it less and less. So far I love it. Attached are before and photos from a rented room where the carpet was disgusting.
