I love the way it heats up so quickly and gets really hot. I love it! I had this for 3 years and I am glad that I made this purchase. I grill about 4-6 times a year for 2 person. If your apartments prohibit gas / charcoal - you can't get better than this for a third option. Works like a champ..... This was our first electric grill and we didn't have very high expectations but this was the only option in our building. I didn't know if I would like not cooking with gas, but I was pleasantly surprised!
