It is the best I've ever used. This model replaced a larger Hoover which I owned for several years. This one preformed as well or better of my previous ones. I managed to put the pieces all together BUT... when I attempted to try it out, I somehow realized that the dirty water container had no dirty water! This Steam vac works wonderfully! It's powerful, easy to use (but takes some patience to assemble), was packaged right. This is my second generation of this device. Does it work? Yea. Does is leak? Oh, yea! I find it impossible to use the Hoover Cleaner without allowing another 15-20 minutes... Having an Large family of course high traffic i was able to put it together use it immediately of course it's time consuming But My carpet Looks New again and the smell Awesome... Perfect So far so good! Great product and inexpensive!!! Love it! Easy to use, light weight cleans very well.
