It is a complete lie! The first thing that happened when I went to the gym is sweat got in them and I couldn't hear out of them. I've been using these headphones for a few months now and I gotta say, it's one of the best athletic headphones you can get for the price. I'm not a big headphone/earphone junkie, so don't take my word as final; however, I will say that I am thoroughly pleased with these. These earbuds don't stay in or fit in a person's ear very well. A quick turn of the head or shake of your head and they will fall out. The sound cuts out for a split second every so often. Mostly when you try to adjust the ear pieces. But my girlfriend still loves these. The charge lasts forever too. My wife spent $200 on some nice, similar headphones but these are only $21 and work as well and sound better to me. They sync easily and re-sync when you turn them on. Junk product. Had Two pairs and both failed. avoid. Not a quality product at all. Bluetooth fails after a few uses Terrible battery life, less than an hour of use. They will not automatically connect to my iPhone, i have to resync every time i use them. Sound quality is decent. Product does not work as advertised. I have intermittent problems. Very Dissatisfied with this purchase. Does not work intermittent problems These are a little heavier than i care for and they don't seem to be very loud. I think ill go back to my old wired earbuds.
