My eggs run out under the edge even with extra butter. Work great works great! When using for eggs it just is way to large for egg mcmuffins. Perhaps as pancakes it would be fine. My kids love their perfectly round pancakes with these rings. Haven't had any trouble with batter leaking out like with metal ones I've used in the past. Works well, used a bunch Right size for pancakes, works well. Tried using these several times as a pancake mold and found it to be just ok. The mold works initially, but when you remove the ring to flip the pancake, the batter then oozes... I was very disappointed when I used it on a griddle to cook eggs. The sillicone rings did not lay flat on the griddle, and the egg leaked out of the sides of the rings. One of them doesn't work because the hot cake mixture go outside, then 25% of my product is bad! I don't recommend.
