I've gone through numerous pairs of blue tooth - wireless headphones/ear buds over the past several years so buying one more pair was no big deal. I would give these a 2.5 but that is not an option. So I have had these headphones for about 6 weeks and have been using them mostly at the gym. I didn't think the product sound quality was worth 5 stars or $40 - and ended up contacting customer service who took care of the problem very well. I had previously purchased the XR-100 and later the RF-100. They were excellent devices which prompted me to buy the XR-500 for my daughter's birthday. She loves them. I live in the greater Seattle area and was looking for good active earbuds. For the money hands down great earbuds. Water proof!?!?! Its rains often here... Good Sound and stays on my ears during workouts. Sometimes it disconnects from my iPhone or iPad without warning. So here is the bad news first. Yes I gave it 5 stars, but here is the whole story. I have been using these for 5 months straight. These headphones are awesome! Great sound, adjustable ear plugs, and great for training in the gym. They won't slip out your ear during heavy movements in the gym. Great sound quality, really good sound with phone. My treblab xr500 headphones are amazing the sound quality is great and they are also very durable. I found the headphones to be very comfortable.
