It is not a Fluke, but for $15 what do you expect. It has Full Auto Ranging and Non-Contact Voltage setting. You get what you pay for. Not really impressed. Not intuitive...confusing layout of dial parameters. Bought 2. Not worth the time sending these back. This multimeter is OK for simple readings that don't require much accuracy. The meter that I received would not correctly measure Frequency - not even close. Works well - solid build - does what it says it will do. Better than expected Nice meter. Good probes.
