Mop head flips under when using and you end up with metal/plastic scraping the floor instead of the mop head. Works great Moves well across my tile and picks up the dirt. What a great mop! I have never used a better mop! Rinses easily. No mess. Figure out how to drain it from the bottom though or you'll be pouring it out from the top. I like that it has a handle to move bucket to diffrent rooms. It spins great too. does a decent job. brushes could be a little more absorbent I love this product. I was able to mop my entire home in under 30 minutes. Product is very easy to use, wish it had extra mops like the competitor. I like this product, mopping the floor is easy and cleaner. A little fun once you figure out how it works. Good product, well made. I use this regularly and have no complaints! I love it! Very good for my laminated floor as I can squeeze as much water as necessary. It cleans good and easy. Easy to assemble. A breeze to use. Very happy with it.
