Not for professional use but great for leisure and as kids toy. Range is excellent. No problems. Children can easily use them. Nice small WT I'm using in my boat. Not using. Someone on every channel. No privacy. We were using between basement, first and second floor of townhome. The 16 mile range is a joke, the thing barely receives signal from a block away. As far as the actual ease of use it is ok but the battery is not rechargeable and the belt/waist... these work great Fast shipping and now i can stay connected to my co workers great deal.
