Not because it would not hold a charge, but because it would shut off 10 seconds after being plugged into the device to be charged. Does it's job! This is a 2ND review. It was 4 stars, now 2 stars. So I've had it for 10 days. The last 4 days it has taken at least 6 hours to charge the actual charger completely. The cable that came with this product does not fit an iphone 5s as publicized Great charger, have been using every now and then on some trips and it definitely keeps a good charge. Didn't work for me Title says it's for iphone 5C but it is not. Waste of $. Would like for Amazon to tell me how to return I have not had to use it yet, but it charged quickly. looking forward to using it. stopped working a year or so....and it was cool as it was thin.... I bring this every where I go. So helpful and comes in handy.
