Only shows HHH when heating grill for pizza, target 500*-600*. I'm disappointed! I initially liked this thermometer, but is currently worthless. Worked great for the first few cooks untill the probes went out. They say it comes with lifetime probe warranty but I don't know how to go about contacting them for this. Barbecue probe readings are inconsistent with 100 degree difference at times jumping all over Awesome thermometer and great price has two probes and alarm for temp I'm computer savvy but the directions for this one are difficult. Also, the lowest meat probe temp, 145, doesn't allow for beef to be cooked rare.
