Make sure you install the camera on a 2.4 ghz network. Otherwise, you'll have issues and won't be able to get it running. Easy setup, connected to my wifi, Apple extreme router connected to the main Century link router. Followed the directions, it just worked. works well I have 1 day with it SO FAR GREAT! I love it . I only dislike that when I talk is not loud as I expect it The volume is so low. I wish I would have listened to everyone else and skipped this purchase. It worked great for about a week and then could not get it to connect to my phone again. Do not buy I resent bought my 3 camera and I had forget to setup, contacted the support system and very happy with their fast respond and with their help I was able to setup and running... So far I am very pleased with this product and it's capabilities. Seriously? I've never come across a cam this hard to set up. This product is very good at detection and I love that I can change the view from my phone.
