- works great.. comfortable I like them These work great for my plantar fasciitis, which I've had for over 2 months. I've worn them every day for a week, 15 hrs/day, and painful feet are 90% better. They seem to be working. I wear them under my workout socks and they do seem to take some of the hard impacts when I am dancing during Zumba. Better make sure you buy the correct size .. and go with the next size of your shoe size there very tight.. Snug without being restrictive, good fit and size appropriate as described/suggested. Helped the pain immediately. Love them! They help provide some extra support, but I are not a real solution for plantar faciitis. I wish that they had stronger and more supportive elastic in the blue support strips. Awesome Product. It helped alleviate my symptoms. little tight, but i like them Great support yet very comfortable. Can wear it the whole day.
