There was a slight issue with the battery in the first pair I purchased but the 7Desk company expedited me a new pair... Pros: 1) Excellent, simply excellent customer service Cons: 1) Sound quality is ok, should be better for the price 2) Battery life is 3. I had the 730's before and enjoyed them but have lost them. So replaced with 750's. Sound is about equal but perhaps a little more balanced than the 730's. Great for listening to spoken books and youtube videoes while my wife watches tv. Amazon this is a conplete thought why why why why why why why why why? So far my experience has been good with these and have had no issues. Overall great value. They were easy to pair to my phone, fit securely in the ear, and the sound quality was... Only had them for 4 days, but so far they are as expected. Maybe not as high qualit sound as my JayBird Freedom Sprint's were, but they are 1/3 the price. I will preface this by saying the sound quality when the headphones work are great. But, I don't know if I've been really unlucky, but I've only gotten defective... They are worth the money. Work very well. Very customizable with all the extra parts for a fit to you. Sounds comparable to beats(in my opinion) I'm having charging issues, it doesn't always turn on, it stops working in the middle of a full charge, etc.The company emailed with me ONE time and now won't speak to me. Headsets came prompt. They sound good, clear, loud, decent bass. Battery so far has been solid at 4-5 hours listening, will need to keep track and see.
