I gently placed my iPhone on the charger dock and the plastic broke, rendering the charger unusable. THis is great. WE have one for each one of our 3 children. Would have expected better quality from an Apple Product. A+++ Worked for two years, then the lightening port failed. Disappointing. I ordered this item for my daughter for Christmas and it worked great for a couple of months. However, the third month we had it, the lightning connector fell off. Plenty of volume playing pod casts and the alarm volume is strong. The display dimmer is a great feature, does not interfere with sleep.
