- Soft cushiony insoles. Appear to be well constructed. However, they do not have a wrap around heel support. I didn't think about that when I bought them so my bad. So comfy my gf keeps stealing them for herself!! Customer service was excellent, but One size was way too big and next size down was too small unfortunately. So all in all, not able to wear them. I usually wear a 10-101/2 . I purchased the 11-12 and the fit was fine. Great slipper! Just what I was looking for to wear around the house. I bought these too small--however--I gave them to a friend--and repurchased a larger size. My husband loves them, they are comfortable, warm, well made and seem durable. The grey is a nice color and the ribbed knitted cashmere cotton gives them a nice look. These dont feel like you're walking on marshmellows. Also, I've worn these for a few days and the inside lining is already tearing. Very comfortable, 1 star off bc it was a little too small. Soft and comfortable, seems like it will last a while. Slippers were soft, comfortable and lightweight. I would buy another pair. I got these for my husband and he loves them.
