I read a lot of the reviews and was a little reluctant to buy it. However, like most reviews, most of the negative ones are just flat out ignorant. It's works well. I haven't had any problems with it. It has helped me make space. It did its job. Works great, easy to install looks good on the wall. Like the lock feature. Nice that it holds the guitar away from the wall. I ordered two of those and no parts were missing, they were very easy to install and work great with a bass guitar and a banjo. I may have installed them incorrectly, but you might want to buy a different set of drywall anchors (the kind with a flange)... Absolutely love this product! Very sturdy! The "locks" work automatically when you place your guitar on the hanger or lift it off. The rack is pretty cool. Locks down under the weight of the guitar. The head unit swivels a little to self adjust to the shape of the guitar.
