Very comfortable, at one point completely forgot it was in my ear. This fit great and didn't hurt my ear... unfortunately it worked for 3 uses and now it won't stay connected to my phone. Works better than any of the expensive headsets that I have used over the years.I give it Five Stars I searched and read reviews and returned other Bluetooth devices, but not this little gem. Finally my search was over. Voice clarity is is crystal clear. Others all said they could not hear me very well at all. I will be returning the item for a refund. They stand behind their products,I would recommend .comfortable and modern design , multiple batteries and duel headphone setup, worth the money Very nice beautiful design lots of compliments and very comfortable After a conversation it died.
