I love this. I give it 4 stars because there's a strange click when I use it, but still does what it's supposed to. My inner thigh is starting to firm up again. This is a much cheaper alternative than going to the gym. Works how it should, however it makes a clicky sound when squeezed together more than just a little bit, which makes me wonder how long it will last before it snaps at one of the... I haven't had this for more than a few weeks and already the sides are cracking - not a hardy product Makes noise when I use it but I think it works well A part of my workout routine; I can only do a couple of things with it - but it works with arms and between knees. I was trying out a new exercise program that required the ring. There may be more expensive ones but this is perfect for someone new to Pilates or just core work. Not comfortable and easy to use. Not impressed, would have returned if I had time.
