The concept is great but workmanship not so much. A seam along the edge has apparently been leaking. There is now mold growing the outside case. Where I've been putting my head. I just love this pillow. My neck no longer aches in the morning. Always woke up with a aching neck, tired many pillows and this is the first one that seems to make a difference.
