Excellent Beautiful! Very Happy with it. The item had a missing plastic bead in the bag as well as the item looks and feels cheap, poorly made! I would not reccomend this for anyone. My wife says her mom is going to like it. It's bigger than I expected and one of the "gems" fell off in the packaging. However, it doesn't take away from the product. The pendant is beautiful, the chain is not so beautiful. I will be getting a different chain to wear in on. I bought the multi stone with copper wire. I bought this as a gift but I had to return it, felt like it would have been an insult to my mom to give it to her. This product looked really cheap. The pendant just doesn't look like it does in pictures. Disappointed. I think I'll stay away from jewelry on Amazon. It is a beautiful piece, I am giving it to my best friend tomorrow, she loves owls, I am very happy with it. A lot bigger then I thought it would be, which makes it look kind of cheap. But the person I gave it to loved it.
