I was very unimpressed when the screen failed after only a few uses. I had tried to disassemble it and repair it but the screen itself was done for. Great tool for bbq. Works great. SLOW response time. Hard to use on the grill. I had to hold my hand supporting the Thermometer over the meat, which meant over the HEAT. Just takes to long to read. Great price and works well. like works well Outstanding. Haven't burnt anything on the grill since I got this. I really like this thing. It was a little hard to figure out, the writing on it is really small. The directions were not very clear, but I figured it out. Exactly what it says it is. Easy to use. Takes longer than described to get reading. Accurate and consistent with doneness. It works!
